Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I buy a large amount of feed, such as 1 or 2 tons?
Yes! We can accommodate large bulk orders. If you're interested in a custom blend, there is a 2,000 lb (1 ton) minimum. We’ll be happy to work with you to make sure we have what you need.

2. Do I need to schedule an appointment to pick up feed or livestock?
Yes. We operate by appointment only to ensure we’re available to assist you and have your order ready. Once you place your order online or by phone, we’ll call to schedule your pickup.

3. Can I pay online?
No. We currently accept payment at the time of pickup. Cash is preferred, and we’re happy to discuss other locally accepted forms of payment if needed.

4. Is all of your feed certified organic and non-GMO?
Yes. All feed from KOFFI (Kentucky Organic Farm & Feed Inc.) is certified organic and 100% GMO-free. Many options are also soy-free or soy- and corn-free.

5. Do you deliver feed?
At this time, we do not offer delivery. All orders must be picked up from our farm in Paris, TN, by appointment.

6. Can I mix and match different types of feed in one order?
Absolutely! You can order as many different types or quantities as you need. Just let us know your preferences when placing your order.

7. Do you offer custom feed blends?
Yes. KOFFI provides custom blends for farms with unique nutritional needs. There is a 2,000 lb minimum on custom orders, and we’re happy to help you get started.

8. What kind of livestock do you raise?
We raise American Guinea Hogs and Nigerian Dwarf Goats—all organically raised, unvaccinated, and free-range. We also offer free-range organic eggs.

9. Can I visit your farm without buying anything?
Since we are a private family farm and operate by appointment only, we kindly ask that all visits be scheduled in advance—even just to look around or ask questions.

10. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least a couple of days ahead of when you’d like to pick up. This gives us time to prepare your order and ensure everything is in stock.
